| I have dropped the spreader to check rotor loss running 4000-4500. Was about half a bushel. Of course you see some corn scattered about compared to other brands since it all lands on top The green ones shoot the rotor loss out 60' so it looks like they're doing a great job- you can find corn kernels six rows in on the next pass.
I have trouble with corn dribbling out between the rows on the center couple row units on a Drago GT. The auger is not boiling but there must be enough shelled corn in the trough that the chains are grabbing it or it's falling through the holes under the snouts. | |
