I would say an honest 4000bu/hr in most conditions, if the corn is drier and not taking much power, then you could get more. Losses are the limiting factor, not really horsepower.
In good beans, 60-70bu/ac, I'd say 5-5.5mph should be doable with a 35' head, most run 40' around here and can hold pretty much 4-4.5mph most days.
