Cleveland, MS. Own small farm near Booneville, MS | On our last trip to NY back in September there was a place on I-40 somewhere between Jackson and Nashville a crew was working on the right shoulder. Right lane was closed with plenty of warning. Took us quite awhile to even get up to where the construction started. Several cop cars were there. I wondered about that. A couple of miles later four other cops had a semi pulled over. A couple of the cops and the semi driver were standing behind the truck. The driver was wearing a turban, for what that’s worth. After we passed I looked in the passenger mirror and saw that the right front bumper and fender on the truck was messed up. I have my suspicions about what happened but I’ll leave it to your imagination. |
