Previous posts should be close for capacity unless you are using a chopping head. My S98 with a 12 row Gerringhof rotadisc will run out of horses before anything else goes wrong providing that the header is not the limiting factor. Can hold 5000bph in perfect conditions for short periods but realistically do mostly 3-4000bph. Have no experience in beans and limited in wheat. Have only had chopper issues once and that was with dull knives. If there is any rounding on the tips you need to change them asap or you can wreck stuff. I have harvested 5 foot tall green straw 150+bpa hybrid rye and never had any issues with the chopper so I would say it's a non issue for the most part.
