| Thanks for the information. I pulled out both of those valve cartridges (the meter out servo and the relief), but I did not see any striking indicators of a problem. The stem on the meter out servo acted a little sticky when sliding it around in its guide bushing, but I am not signing off that it is OK.
Looking at the parts diagram, could there be a problem with the solenoid valves? ... or maybe that load check? There really is not much else that could be wrong after that. I might go ahead and throw some turn valve on the cylinders just to fully rule them out.
Also, what is #6 in the attached diagram?
