Check alternator. It will make them do funky things on the older ones. -5 -6.
Older machine up to -8 maybe newer are pilot control on swing. But the swing brake is electric controlled, hydraulic released. There is switches on the back cover to override the electric on swing on -7. I think -6 and -8 Also.
There is a row of pressure switches that are tied into the pilot controls that activate the auto idle up. Swing one could have went bad. | |
