Subject: RE: Hose machine

Missouri
if you change 20 hoses a year and are willing to order on line you can save some money if you pro rate the initial investment . if being able to make a hose is the difference between getting a crop in or out or sprayed in a timely manner what price can you put on that . get an adjustable machine that will crimp series 43 clone fittings than you can go to Deere and get the oddball ones and be able to crimp them look at the on line suppliers and tally up what it would cost vs what you buy in a year . hose and fitting supply is the least expensive supplier i have found both product and shipping . there are hose types and fittings they don't stock but they are 43 clone bite to the wire so compatible with other 43 clone suppliers .
or genuine parker 43 series ' i will recommend a gates 707 or a 420 or a custom crimp 165 or 125 you have a lot more flexibility with less dies with these machines . i may have a custom crimp for sale in a couple months i would definitely look at used machines . there will be an educational and learning curve you can do it if want to . best of luck keep asking questions
