With those kind of hours, that sounds normal. The spring on the regulator valve gets weaker....pressure drops. If its never been adjusted, there are probably 3-4 threads showing on the regulator screw outside of the jam nut. By the time you get proper regulated pressure, don't be surprised if the jam nut is even with the end of the regulator screw...they usually take a couple revolutions of the screw at a minimum to get the pressure even close to spec.

Also, I don't remember the exact sequence on the A post to do this anymore, but there is a menu on the A post to watch your transmission pressure, intake manifold temperature and another item I can't remember just by using a particular key/button sequence without even starting the engine. Your transmission pressure should show 0psi or very little pressure with the engine not running.
