I barely caught a little bit of it. But it seems like the "no fly zone" wasn't on any FAA charts. If it's not on those....local or not I don't see how they have much to stand on. They can pass 20k ft no fly zone in their own laws but if the FAA isn't recognizing it....what's a pilot supposed to do? Call every town, county, reservation, and whatnot they might fly over to make sure they are good with their own laws?
