Grundy County, IL | I bought a gates 707 press with parker dies used when the local truck repair center retired. I usually make one big stock up on fittings a year and buy spools of hose as needed. Occasionally I have to supplement fittings.
It wasn't as much about saving money, but convenience. I work by myself at night fairly often and just last night had a hose blow and was able to be up and running in an hour. I also drive a snowplow for the township in the winter and it has been essential to keeping a plow on the road if a hose blows on a Sunday during a snowstorm. | |
