Some places allow a translator to help take the test.
That sure makes sense given the law.
It is not just the language that should scare you about these drivers. They bring there customs and driving habits. with them.
I have seen one load a 60,000 pound concrete bridge section and only have 1 chain. He seemed to think that was more than adequate.
When driving they just squeeze in where ever they can fit. Traffic signals and signs mean nothing. | |
