Are you going to leave the dip in the road, or fill that level so everything has to go through the drain? makes a huge difference in the size of drain you need. When I think drain tile, I think corrugated 4", maybe 6" or 5". I wouldn't use any of them, get schedule 40 PVC or similar. From here, it looks like 30', use 4" pvc, bed it on the sides with limestone, compact as you go, and 12" of limestone over the top should carry any load it sees.
