Holly Hill, SC | Thank you for sharing your insight. I have been fighting my 6150 for the last three years. Couple things I have learned the last few days. If you have over 10 calibration loads, the newest ones do nothing. I can change the actual weight anytime and nothing changes. I had to delete all tasks to get rid of all of them and start over. I first tried going thru advance and finding all the calibration load and then going to data management and delete these calibrations loads. Most would not show up or could not find. (italicized or #) Had to delete all. Start a new Fast calibration and the load is 30% off. The monitor will only allow 10% off so it applies this automatically. Do a second calibration load and assuming it builds off the first to get better dialed in. Now if you do 3 different flow rates and it only takes a 10% error, you can see what kind of mess it can create. Any other suggestions?
I think I have had very good luck with my older machines (5088 and 2588 with Pro 600 monitor) because the initial calibration very close or at least within the 10%. My 6150 with the Pro 700 is off by 30% on initial calibration is causing the problems. Thoughts?
photos show initial weight as 24,699 lbs. It changes it to 18,886 lbs. with my actual as 17,000 lbs.
Other photos shows instructions stating that if the error is greater than 10% then cancel the load and start again. (How does that get me anywhere?)
