| So this is an AFS Connect tractor? Should be if its 2021 vintage. It should have the roll pins installed on the shift forks by then. Have seen some synchronizer issues on the newer ones. I had one that would literally grind into gear when trying to move forward and then you would feel a big "clunk" when coming to a stop when it tried to shift the low-range forward synchro to neutral. That one needed F1/F3 synchro replaced. R1/F2 synchro problems would be noticeable with not wanting to back up at all and forward not wanting to go over 5-6 mph. You would about have to remove the CVT hydro cover on the RH side of the transmission to access the synchro for inspection.
