Could you pour some cement in a very shallow V, sloping towards the ditch.. Then collect the water in a catch basin... BUT keep in mind bees wings and crud might plug a catch basin but that is the nature of grain bins.
IMHO, with the soil being that compacted from driving on it, percolation is a big issue.
