Subject: Large frame Versatile 4wd questions

Thinking about replacing my Steiger 9370 someday, and wondering about the Versatile 435, 485 and 535s. We’ve had a 2375 since 2021, and it’s been a good reliable tractor. I really like the rugged simplicity of the Versatiles, and have always been facilitated by the massive beefiness of the large frame models. Are there any weak points in these big beasts? Are the 12 speed synchro transmissions tough enough in these? Are they different than the one in my 2375, any bigger or heavier built? How about the Qsx15 motor, are they good for a long life? My 2375 has the smaller Cummins motor, it seems to have good low end torque for a smaller displacement. I like the wider cabs that the large frames have, to get that on a small frame, I think it has to be like 2010 or newer, model 375 usually. I would like to have pto, but virtually none of the older large frames have that, have to get to the newer ones that are out of my budget. Also, I’m confused by some of these small frame models, so the 375 started about 09 or 10? And they have the same wider cab as a 435. But then I also see 2375s as late as 2014, but they still have the same narrow cab as my 2004. Also, these newer 2375s have some weird anolag gauges in the dash, not the digital dash like my older one. Why were they building these 2375s along with the 375s?
