What are these shanks on 4600 cultivator?

Somebody did a frankenstein. I've seen some older Anhydrous bar shanks like that. 

+1. Stamms and some early DMI anhydrous bars used those. Some still do. The"pigtail" or coil shanks are still available from places like FDI (ferti;izer dealers inc). I like that mounting though. The older ones had the plate on top with 2 lollipops holding the shank in place. If you lost the bolt in front of the first lollipop? The shank would come out and you would end up hunting for the the whole dang works.
