Has your conveyor always wanted to bounce when you lower it? Ours did and eventually that bounce made the tube fail like yours. The hydraulic line in our lift cylinder needed an orifice to reduce the flow to smooth out the lift. We winched the tube back straight and added some angle iron along the tube where the bend was.
