Automotive paint stores should have a wax/grease remover you can spray on…. wait and it evaporates. Epoxy primer is best over entire surface to be painted.
I need to clarify that the degreaser is used first ….. the wax/ degreaser is different solvent used just before surface is ready to paint. We spray on with a spray gun, then it evaporates and you are ready to paint primer.
