S.C. Minn | We have one of these reels on our fuel trailer and the reel does not “catch” anymore. So a person pulls the fuel hose out to the tractor but the reel pulls the fuel hose back in. You can hear it ratcheting but it won’t “catch”. Any help fixing this would be appreciated
