| Yessir, thanks. Gotcha on the time to support mom and pop being 20 years ago.
Our local store would have been the one to keep if we could, so I guess we supported it all along. Still buy parts there almost exclusively. Haven't done a lot of service work there lately. Their parts department is really good, with a decent daily transfer route between 8 or 10 locations.
ETA, no I don't feel like every dealer that gets bought out stays great. I feel like we've lost in our service dept, and also somewhat in sales. I'm thankful ours has mostly stayed great, due in large part to the personnel there.
You commented earlier that farmers moan that there's no options and so they go right back. I guess I'm not sure what options there are at this point?
