Paxton, IL | I have a Trimble/case IH FM1000 I use for various jobs on different equipment. One of which is running WM drain for field tile work.
I hooked up to the tile plow today for the first time in several years and received a message that my IMU firmware is out of date and to upgrade at least to v2.01.
I’ve preformed display updates myself in the past as needed, but haven’t run into this or heard of it before. What is the IMU? Where can I get the updated firmware, and how do I go about installing it?
I’ve done some field iq modules in the past, but it’s been a while. It seems to me those somewhat took care of themselves if you had the appropriate display firmware file on the usb when the module was plugged in. Is this the same type of installation? A quick google search didn’t turn up much information that I could find.
