sw corner ia. | your control box on the right side of the head has slipped out of adjustment. takes I think a 10mm wrench to loosen it so you can move it.
first, clean out the skid tray with a lot of compressed air till it is completely free of dirt so the bar can flex freely.
have to have someone in the cab, motor on, header on/off switch on, but do not turn on separator so nobody gets hurt, then set dam switch to lowest position. adjust box till you get it as low as it will go and still have up/down movement to the cutterbar, not down hard on the ground. tighten bolt(s) on box. now run switch to 2 then 3 to make sure it will control on both.
reason I think nothing else is wrong is because you said it works normally on the lowest setting. this is not the best header control I have ever seen, but it will work. I have same head on a 9500.
when you finish harvest, get a long air gun (3' or so) and stick it in the top crossbar support where the wiring harness goes from both sides and really clean it out, when finished plug the end holes tight with brillo pad/machinist cloth stuff to try to keep mice out.
