SOIL | Some of them are just junk.
For instance, I got to demo a MacDon corn head last year. Junk. Absolute junk. Cheap, much too light, didn't handle load well.
Case and New Holland's corn head isn't bad, but I didn't get to run it long enough to get a total view of it.
Drago is a good head, but the maintenance on it is ridiculous, so I went back to Deere.
Haven't tried a Gerinhoff yet, but I'm happy with the Deere and won't try anything else unless we decide to switch combine brands. | |
