| Until you have verified just exactly what is going on, do nothing at this point other than correct all fluid levels. I'm thinking I might be able to replace that front PTO shaft seal in chassis without splitting the tractor IF THAT IS THE PROBLEM. You could have air entrance into the system between the filter in the bottom of the hydraulic sump to the pump, causing the oil to get all full of air while operating it. The less you run it, the less air there would be. This could be a possibility. Again, check oil levels in all FOUR compartments and get some solid information. | |
