Not a simple answer to your question. If you're using state routes or interstates you have to get a permit from ODOT. If you're using county roads your supposed to get written permission from the county engineer. The application can be found here: https://www.transportation.ohio.gov/working/permits/special-hauling-...

The fee for farm equipment is only $100 and is good for a year.
