You can adjust the auger up or down, i think the book says to have a 1/8in gap when its in the cradle, its not suppose to sit on the cradle. Go in the grain tank theres some bolts to loosen then theres an adjustment bolt in there you adjust it up or down. If you have the book it tells you in the book how to do it.
