i may be down a tractor in the spring again. need another tractor primarily for anhydrous and some tillage. can get by with it just for anhydrous though. 40' bar. 50-100 hours max if i use it for some tillage too... 

what is this worth? 

reason i'm asking is i might look at the local equipment auction and buy one before spring and then resell it back. $7000? maybe? that would get me at a cost of around $6 an acre assuming it does 800 acres of anhydrous and maybe 400 acres of additional tillage to my other tractors also. 

i have a tractor with a transmission down i'm planning on not being ready by then as we cannot source the parts at the moment...
