 North Central OH | Can you dump hot or run partial batches? Most likely that dryer was designed to heat the top faster than the bottom. I am going to make the assumption that each fan has its own chamber. Since you want to dump cool your best solution would be to shut the bottom burner off, likely turn the top one up to 210-215 and dump half batches, leaving your top burner on the whole time. This should get you closer to continuous flow efficiency and still allow you to batch, if you could handle dumping hot you could do the same thing but leave both burners on. Only dumping half would allow the corn to even up.
I've ran our superB, on batch heat and cool, hot batch, and continuous flow hot, works the best on continuous flow. | |
