Subject: 95 T800 lack of power

South Central Indiana
I have a 1995 T800 3406 mechanical pump that seems short on power at higher rpm. Changed both fuel filters. Had recent problem with left fuel tank being over full. Right tank would drain while left would fill. Put new splitter on return behind cab. Same problem. Bought shutoff valve for left tank return line and fuel stays at same level therefore it wasn't sucking from left tank. Fuel lines are original. Truck only has 500k miles. Before I replace all the fuel lines am I missing anything? Truck does have a Hot Fox Fuel heater system. It is shut off but all lines are running to both tanks. I am not seeing any other splitters on suction line, only one Tee behind cab. Starts fine, runs fine. Turbo looks and sounds fine. I hope it is as simple as a collapsed fuel line. Have not blew through lines yet. Hate to break lines loose until I have to.
