Can't answer as we are not allowed 10 hp on single phase. Put a shunted ampmeter on the leg motor.
As to the screws, run a tap thru the hole, Never-Seize the new Torx screw. Have also drilled the threads out, put a machine screw and nut on it. Then chisel or grind the screw off when needed, and replace.
