I think I am legal first haul as gift, or working together farms. But if I start hauling from neighbors bins to elevator for hire. I better check my insurance, state laws.
I suspect if you haul for others, for hire you need to keep a log book, have current CDL, health card, different insurance. Check into that. My understanding my state. Occasional, in trade, gift… I am still 100% legal.
But I put add online, paper…. Rates. I would need to check everything to be legal.
