Alpha, IA | This was my grandfather's tractor before he passed away a couple years ago. The sensor for the pressure light was bad and was keeping the light on so his fix was to unplug the sensor. He didn't like to spend money on anything if he could get by without. I forgot that he did that until now. The oil didn't appear foamy when I drained it but that could be because I waited until I got back home with it to drain. I didn't want to dump the oil on the ground.
I know it is possible to have more than one problem at this point but I know the transmission being overfull is the most logical issue to fix first. Is there another possible cause other than the seal between the transmission and rear end? | |
