Subject: What are grain hauling charges for semi trucks commercially?

Central ND
80,000 lb loads in tandem hopper bottom semi. Some short off the farm loads at 10 miles and some 45 mile runs or more. What do the fellows that do this as part of their off season income charge for hauling grains commercially? By the mile and a minimum per load?
What do the custom harvesters charge for hauling the grain to the elevator off the fields?
TIA.
