Depends on age of fire truck. Usually they have drain valves for pump and lines. -older one may not.
We use a fire hose and straight bore nozzle to wash out cattle pot. Have it hooked to a 1600 gallon sprayer tank and use the hydraulic pump on the tank so it can be done. Far as nozzle I would talk to someone on the local fire dept. Probably have some old ones laying around.
