Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | You indicate that you have tried my suggestion of running in manual. You indicate that it didn't seek the rate then either.
In manual, the system should NOT seek the rate. However you should be able to predictably change the bed speed yourself with the Increase/Decrease buttons. If you, yourself cannot change the bed speed in Manual, the auto setting for Rate 1 or Rate 2 will not work properly either.
If you cannot change the bed speed manually, this indicates a problem with the hydraulic valve itself, its connections or a setting. This must be addressed first. Possibly the PWM valve is not plumbed into the system correctly. Incorrect plumbing can cause some strange results as the oil takes different paths inside the valve.
Do you know of anyone in your area that has a similar setup that is working properly? If so, a visit to them and some pictures might be helpful to compare with your setup.
Knowing what tractors are involved and how the bed valve and the spinner valve are plumbed could be helpful. Does the bed run off of one SCV and the spinners off another or is only one SCV involved?
