Did it stop moving completely? It sounds like your fluids are OK. I would check and see if everything has stopped. The torque limiter is a common fail point. It transfers the power from the wngine to everything else, kind of like a clutch. You won't have any hydraulics or pto etc. If that's the case, it requires splitting but it's relatively simple. Maybe an hour or leas to split if you have the time and skills. I made my own splitting stands, just a 4x4 piece of tube ateel with caster wheels on the bottom for the front. Jack under the back. Sheet metal off, split the hyd lines, pull bolts, roll apart, fix part, reverse process. I did it for a neighbor once and he paid me a case of Corona beer, which was more than I asked for.


Keep in mind the 7000 is a warmed over 190XT/200, nothing like a 7010-7080.
