Central Iowa | Im not certain on the PWM vs servo style. Been working with Adam at Loftness on this for over a month now. Ealry october this machine went up to the factory to get the spinners fixed and came back saying all is well.(had sent my Integra and entire setup with them) Been fighting this conveyor issues since.
The symptoms are the same when in manual mode. I set in manual.speed at 10mph. Starts off too fast then takes 5 minutes and it comes back to normal speed and rate. I put in manual mode and lowered the rate while it was "applying"(master switch /spinners running and set to 10 mph). It was still over applying when set to a lower rate. Went to a higher target rate and it would not align to target.
8420 Deere and tried on a 8r410 Deere as well.
Loftness and Dealer keep trying to point to Agleader as the problem. They want me to try my Incommad 1600 on it instead of the Integra I have on. My agleader dealer keeps saying its not their side and something with spreader.
Not much fun being in between the two.
