I needed a box of sickle sections the other day, of course local location doesn’t have it but one 40 miles away does (often the case) luckily sales guy was headed that way and could bring them back with him. $5 charge for that, I mean they could have just added $.20 to each section and I wouldn’t have cared but you keep getting poked by itemized billing like that and you start to plan better and get more online shipped right to you.
I’ve started buying shop manuals for everything I have as well.
