A 3” driver with a 24” driven would get you to 215 rpm. Likely will need double sheave pulleys to have sufficient traction.
Do you know somewhere you can get these in the shaft sizes I listed? I haven’t been able to find pulleys that will work with the motor and auger and also use the same belt size.
How would you go about getting this auger to turn slower?
