| Asa others said it's the switch in the arm rest. You'll need a hex wrench to get it apart iirc.
It's just a truck seat switch, so don't get it from the dealer unless you want to overpay or need it in a hurry, CNH is 2-3x what a truck shop wants for it.

If that's your seat switch number, those are numbers you can give any truck shop and they should either have it or get it for you or even online if you want.
