There’s pulley combo’s that will get you close to 200rpm but you’ll probably have to go to a browning style hub and pulley on the auger to get a big enough pulley, and might need to go to a two belt drive for traction.


Largest double pulley that Burden's lists is 18.75". What is the minimum size drive pulley that will hold 10hp reliably? 4"? That would still result in 373 rpm with a 1750rpm input.

If you think a 3" pulley is sufficient you get down to 277 rpm with the original posters 1735 rpm motor.
