| Bill, I sure wish you were my neighbor, we’d have have a great time together. Although currently the only Red piece I own is a 1440, that puts the nicest sample in the tank I’ve ever seen. Just wish it had a few more stallions. Todays yields are a wee bit higher than when it was new in 1980. A turbo or 4 row head would fix that. Also have a nice 4400 with 4 row narrow and 213 platform, and a 3300 gas (new engine, runs terrific) with a 244 corn head and older 13’ platform. The 3300 is actually the funnest one to pick corn with, handles that 2 row very well in good corn. Took the cab off to make it open station, the way my Dads first combine was, a gleaner E. I put in a lot of food plots every spring, and use my old iron for all of it, harvest what’s left in spring with the old combines.
