Would using a smaller screw in the tube work? I can't tell from your photos, but if you happen to have a 10" unload tube, could you put an 8" screw in it, or even a 7 or 6" screw. 

It would still move a lot of corn. If you found the smaller screw moved too little corn, you could then change pulley sizes to INcrease speed. You will have plenty of h.p. available to then increase screw speed if you wanted.

Maybe there's a reason that won't work. It would certainly be a lot cheaper than most of the other ideas presented.
