Check the vent on the fuel tank as well. Ours has done that before and the vent tube was plugged up with gravel dust. Went to open the fuel tank and noticed there was a pretty good vacuum in the tank when I pulled the cap off.
Like others have said as well, check your fuel and air filters as well.
