Subject: 3406e wont build boost

5ek 3406E in a FLD. Ran great 25mi into trip, went to climb a grade and couldn't build any boost. Runs smooth, only until you put your foot into it. Hits 5-10lbs then it started shaking until I let off the pedal. Any ideas what could be going on? Appreciate any help/advice. Thank you.
