| As a few others have mentioned, the non-bold text implies that there is no GPS data (GPS points + logged values from Planting, Spraying Harvest etc). You need both to have a map. There are a few items to look into, perhaps you already tried, but may help someone else.
-at the beginning of the season, clear old data from the monitor so you are logging only new data
-start with a blank USB or compact flash drive
-check with your dealer on the newest firmware version for your display
A few things we can check outside the display
-What version of SMS are you currently using? As display firmware changes, sometimes we have to have a current version of SMS (or any software) to read those files. The current version is v25.5
-I know you have visited with Tech Support on these files, did you send them to us to see if we have any different results? or did you check with your CNH dealer to see if they could read those files? Sometimes this will narrow down the steps to take to have success next season.
-I am also wondering with your screenshot about the 2011 year in the tree. If Data isn't coming into the correct year this could be something your dealer can advise on as well.
-Another tip would be to download multiple times through the season, so you can troubleshoot things as the season progresses to confirm things are working rather than only at the very end.
