| From what I have read, Scott Bessent is a landowner... owes somewhere between $5 -25 million of real estate. Not sure that qualifies as a "Farmer". I expect the land is rented out, or maybe farmed on shares. And that may be where Scott considers himself to be a "Farmer". I doubt that he really has done actual farm work in his life. As for his spouse, his partner is a former NY prosecutor....so I doubt has any actual experience with farm work either. |
