But I don’t.
With the blurting of lines of executive orders ( yes, everyone before Trump has used this also) vs what congress is needed for….why can’t Trump just say “ I’m raising the debt ceiling, gov now back in business” ?
BTW…..Congress should NOT be paid during this shutdown.
