I've been thinking about this too, won't lowering the price just increase consumption thus canceling out the increase in supply from foreign sources? That's fine if he wants to lower beef prices, but he can't stop there, let's keep going with parts, labor, fertilizer, chemical, seed prices and so on. Pretty BS to go after 1 sector that's doing well.
